Meditation is a practice which helps one learn to calm the mind and remain in the present moment. There are many ways to meditate (some may surprise you!) and include various guided and non-guided techniques. Meditation has been scientifically proven to offer multiple benefits including decreased stress and anxiety, improved body functions such immunity and digestion, and the lowering of blood pressure and cholesterol.

Yoga is "the quieting of the mind." It is an ancient practice that combines techniques for breathing, self care, mind focus, and physical poses which can reduce stress, improve energy flow, and improve overall well-being.
Yoga is for people of all shapes and sizes! I am a Yoga for All teacher and specialize in offering asana (pose) variations that work for people in larger bodies, like mine.
Virtual Individual Yoga Session
This format is perfect for those who are new to yoga, coming back to it after some time, or those who do not feel comfortable in a class setting. You will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire in advance of your session to understand your needs and goals. I use this to design a yoga experience especially for you.
